Dennis Romankowski

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dennis moved to Utah in 1989. After living in Salt Lake City, Dennis and his wife Gina moved to Park City in 2000.

Dennis is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio where he received a B.S. in Marine Biology. In addition to being an enthusiastic hockey player for Bowling Green State, he was instrumental in developing the University's undergraduate research program. Following college, Dennis pursued a successful management career in environmental related work for the Ohio EPA and various waste management and recycling firms. He was the founder of Encore Environmental, Inc. in 1995.

Dennis became interested in real estate as an investor and manager of his own commercial and vacation rental properties in the Salt Lake, Park City, Las Vegas and California markets. Based on his personal experience, Dennis is able to provide a level of understanding and problem solving ability that serves his clients well. As a fundraiser for the CareSource Charitable Foundation in Salt Lake City, Dennis focuses his community activities on providing end-of-life care for uninsured hospice patients.

Dennis enjoys the many recreational opportunities Park City has to offer with fly-fishing, hiking and biking among his favorites. He also enjoys traveling to Europe, savoring fine wines and attempting to learn as many languages as possible.
